I have a Masters of Counselling and am \u201cBerry Street<\/a>\u201d trained (in special strategies to support children and young people who have experienced stress or trauma, helping them feel safe, engaged, and ready to learn<\/em>.)<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve also spent the last 6 years in wellbeing directly supporting children disengaged in many aspects of life and am passionate about empowering young people with the support and opportunities they need to thrive and reach their full potential.<\/p>\n

With over 40+ years in the Dancing and Education sectors I have a wealth of experience in dancing (both professionally and recreationally<\/em>), teaching, choreography, musical theatre and more recently, counselling. My philosophy emphasises wellbeing and it is the centre of everything that I commit to in a professional capacity.<\/p>\n

My speciality is reaching break throughs with both children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).<\/p>\n

I will provide a\u00a0safe-space<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0for you to relax and working together we will explore the benefits and rewards of \u201cMovement Therapy\u201d.<\/p>\n

My counselling services enable me to create an intimate and therapeutic environment that supports growth and success, offering a range of approaches tailored to meet the diverse needs of each individual.<\/p>\n
